Building Knowledge Through Community, Connection, and Collaboration Professional learning and collaboration days. Agendas will have three components: 1. Book study and discussion 2. New learning, follow-up CLLN, problem-solving 4. Going deeper with coaching techniques Two one-to-one coaching sessions between the literacy coach and a Transformational Teaching consultant are included and need to be booked with the consultant. Meetings occur in months with CLLN. Coaches and CIM Specialists should also attend CLLN. Optional Site Visits: We are offering two fee structures: one that includes site visits and one that does not. A site visit is a day-long walk-through of a school building, during which the learning environment and instruction are observed to set both short-term and long-term goals. Participants include the building principal, literacy coach, Transformation Teaching consultants, and any other individuals the building or district invites. The bundle saves the district money by avoiding the need to sign up separately.
