Personalized Support for Schools and Districts We offer a range of personalized services designed to support educators and leaders in strengthening literacy instruction and student outcomes. Services can be tailored to meet the unique needs of grade-level teams, departments, schools, or entire districts, and include: Professional Development Sessions Engaging, research-based workshops are offered in half-day or full-day formats. These sessions can be designed for specific grade levels, content areas, or whole-school teams, and focus on actionable strategies that educators can implement immediately. Personalized Coaching One-on-one or small-group coaching provided via Zoom or in person. Coaching sessions are collaborative and goal-driven, supporting educators in refining instructional practices and deepening their understanding of effective literacy instruction. Consultation Services Strategic support for school or district leaders, including curriculum planning, data review, and implementation guidance. We work closely with teams to identify challenges, build capacity, and drive continuous improvement. Classroom Walk-Throughs and Observations Thoughtful observations of classroom instruction, learning environments, and student engagement with a focus on literacy. Walk-throughs include feedback and recommendations aligned to instructional goals and school priorities. Every service is grounded in current research and best practices, and is customized to align with your school or district’s vision, goals, and initiatives.
